BOOKING IDEA AT THE SPA
Pick product that you have extra of or is a favorite of your spa guests like Show of Hands or Platinum Line Reversal. Let them know the regular price and that they can get it for a steal when they book a spa. Have spa dates highlighted on your calendar and let them pick a date. They will be able to purchase that product for just $5 if they book on the 5th, $15 if they book on the 15th and so on depending on which date they pick. This is a GREAT way to fill up the first two weeks of the month with spas because everyone will want it for the lowest price.

RECRUITING TIP
FILL OUT the consultant agreement with your new recruit and have everything signed and completed. Make sure you have told her about getting part one soon and part two after her “spa basics day” a.k.a. BeautiU, and that it must be completed within 90 days. Have the next 2-3 BeautiU dates in mind and have her commit to one of them. (I would recommend dates with Sr. Trainer, Nedra Kanavel.) When you enter the agreement (giving her time to decide on the f/f set or to collect orders), GO TO www.beautinet.com and click on “recruit online” and then “consultant is present” (as long as you have her signature and told her about part one & part two). USE the completed consultant agreement to complete the online agreement along with her payment info. PRINT OUT the confirmation page which includes her consultant number and help get her started with her spas! See roles of a recruiter on our Simple Spa Recruiting page.


SALES TIP
OFFER HALF OFF any product/treatment (not set) with any order over $50. This doesn’t cost you anything if you are ordering at the 50% discount level but does increase their total order and gets them using and re-ordering more products from you in the future.

DO NOT add client order forms or product guides to your guest folders! Use the spa order form for the guests to write on if they like (change or delete products as you wish). You will fill out their order form for them when you meet with them for “personal shopping time” and go over their skin concerns from their guest profile. Make suggestions as to what package(s) you would recommend for them or ask them what they would like to go home with that night (or “treat themselves to” ). If they choose to make up their own package and are close to $50, suggest another product to get them over $50 so they can also get one product for half-off (not a set – just a product).

When you complete their order that night, ASK THEM if they would like a product guide to take home or if they prefer to order from your webpage. Be sure to let them know you want to know that they are loving their new products and that you will be in touch with them to make sure of that. Make sure you mark it down in your calendar and deliver on your promise! Good customer service is SO important and will ensure good clients for you down the road.
