2009
was certainly a year of many changes with BeautiControl.
Being with BC for over 22 years, I have seen a lot of changes
but this has certainly topped them all and I have to say
that I have never been more excited! The new Freedom Plan
that is now in place offers us all the opportunity to make
more money, connect with more people and offer them the opportunity
to change their lives with an UNLIMITED income opportunity.
Women are flocking to direct sales in this economy and we
now have the BEST plan to offer them!

When I started
with BC in 1987, it was because I wanted to do something FUN and
make a difference! I was tired of working for an ungrateful boss
and working late hours and begging for a raise. My self-esteem
was at a minus 10. I didn’t feel good about my appearance
or myself.
I paid $500
for my kit (I’m still not sure where that money
came from) and drove to Detroit for a three day training,
having only met my trainer and Director, Kathy Ray a few times.
I was
scared and had no idea what I was getting into but I knew
it felt right and that this was a company I wanted to be a part
of.
I’m
SO glad I took a chance on myself to change my life. It turns
out that helping other women look and feel better about themselves
helped my confidence
and self-esteem to grow.
Once I decided
to treat it like a part-time business instead of a hobby after
having our first child and leaving that
full-time job, I did about two spas
a week which eventually paid for private school for 3 kids along with sports,
camps,
family vacations and more. I also focused on becoming a top seller and was
awarded diamond jewelry on stage in 1999. What a thrill and sense of accomplishment!
I finally decided
to work on developing a team of consultants about 10 years ago
and it has been one of the scariest but most rewarding
decisions I have
ever made. I have made a lot of mistakes along the way BUT I have learned
from them
and it has made me a much stronger person and leader. I had decided from
the beginning that I would never give up because that was the only way
to fail
and failing wasn’t an option for me.
BC has rewarded
me with more diamonds, TVs, trips to Mexico, Maui and Italy and
even a new Lexus in
2005... What amazing blessings for me and my family.
But the best reward comes when I help a consultant make her first sale,
do her first spa and make $50-100 an hour! Seeing her become a team leader
and grow
in confidence is even more rewarding. With the new Freedom Plan, it’s
going to be exciting to see how many leaders we develop on our team and
how many lives
we can change. This plan is for you!
